Myofascial Release

IMG_8325.JPG

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a wholebody approach to treating the fascial system. By applying gentle, sustained pressure, stretches, and long holds to the fascia, restrictions in the tissue are released, pain is eliminated, and motion is restored.

MFR emphasizes the importance of treating the body as an interconnected system, recognizing that restrictions or adhesions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs—can lead to pain, limited mobility, and dysfunction throughout the body.

Unlike traditional massage or other manual therapies, MFR utilizes gentle, sustained pressure and prolonged holds, allowing the fascia to soften and release naturally. This process not only addresses symptoms but also targets the underlying causes of pain and restriction, promoting longlasting results.

Myofascial Release is suitable for a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Chronic Pain

  • Inflammation

  • Lymph Drainage

  • Head, Neck & Jaw (TMJ)

  • Pre & Post Surgical

  • Scars & Adhesions

  • Pelvic Floor Health

  • Scoliosis

  • Holding & Bracing Patterns

  • Trauma & PTSD

Clients often report significant improvements in flexibility, posture, and overall well-being following treatment. By focusing on the unique needs of each individual and employing a holistic, patient-centered approach, MFR offers a safe and effective pathway to healing and optimal function.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports your body's natural ability to heal and restore balance by enhancing the function of the craniosacral system, the membranes and cerebrospinal fluids that surround and protect the brain as well as the spinal cord and the entire body.

By promoting deep relaxation and calming the nervous system, this therapy can help reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Many clients experience

improved mobility, relief from chronic pain, and a greater sense of

calm and vitality after sessions.

This holistic therapy is suitable for individuals seeking to address both physical and emotional concerns in a safe, non-invasive manner. The therapy creates a safe space for traumatic experiences to emerge and resolve smoothly without being overwhelming or re-stimulating. This

therapy is a very effective way in working with stress, anxiety, PTSD and trauma.

Well-being.

Neural Manipulation is a hands-on therapy that targets restrictions within the nervous system to help relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore overall balance in the body.

By addressing tension and dysfunction in nerves and surrounding tissues, this technique

can benefit individuals experiencing chronic pain, headaches, sciatica, joint discomfort, or post-surgical issues.

Clients often notice enhanced range of motion, better posture, and an overall improvement in well-being.
